The Signal is not a coded message from another civilization or a hoax, glitch or a hallucination.
The Signal is a transmission from the future. (emitted by something that seems way more powerful and intelligent than us)
It arrives structured and in packets. It uses a protocol that resemble http certainly to make it eaiser for us to decode it.

resembles http but is not identical.
headers present. most of the encoding is unknown.
origin vector:
temporal, not spatial.
triangulation places the source origin starting point specificly the 29 April 2934.

38% average per packet.
fragments are incomplete by design.
The Signal gives what we are ready to receive.

These people have not heard The Signal.
